A fine art portrait captures a moment in the life of a child or adult
enriching the legacy of a family or nation. A certain smile,
capricious pose, pensive look or celebrated glance are the
subtleties which transcend and become the art, the portrait. It is
my pleasure and privilege to work with you to create this timeless
heirloom.
During the initial meeting, the intended use of the work, the
subject and general composition will be discussed. A photo session
may take place at that time or scheduled later. Work is done primarily from photographs selected from several
digital images taken of the subject. Sittings may be required at the
discretion of the artist. The client approves the photographic pose
prior to commencement of the work. Prices below are for a single
subject. Additional subjects within the same composition will increase the fee. The size of the work varies depending upon composition. The
smallest size for a Head and Shoulder portrait is 14" x 16". Sales taxes, framing and shipping are additional costs and are not included in the fee. If travel is
required, transportation and lodging are reimbursable expenses. A
non-refundable deposit of 15% is due with a signed contract. The balance
is due upon acceptance of the work by the client. All work is
copyright protected and may not be reproduced without the written
consent of the artist.
